I’ve been too obsessed with basketball recently. Perhaps I should run at least once a week. Let’s do that.

Did a 5k. Although I didn’t feel 100%, my thighs are sore, I was still a lot faster than last time I ran.

Runing helps maintain a good mental health. A quick 5k is jsut enough to get endorphins flowing.

Running is my Zen time. It’s when I am fully immsered in the moment —— every step, the breeze of wind, the fatigue, and the surge of endorphins.

Haven’t been running for a while since I started basketball. Legs are always sore and I just feel my body is never fully recovered.
I start to easily get tired when playing basketball, my heart rate goes crazy when I move just slightly faster. I guess it’s because of “neurological fatigue”. I need to take a break and do some light exercises.

From the beginning of this year, I started to run quite often. Is’t more additive than I thought. In this page, I’ll write something about running, collect articles links, etc…
